Once a user completes payment of subscription fees, it is considered that the user has fully understood and accepted the service content and usage rules of this product. Based on the nature of virtual products in subscription services and data processing costs, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, whether due to personal reasons of the user (including but not limited to early termination of subscription, actual non-use of services, changes in needs, etc.) or other circumstances not caused by platform technical failures, paid subscription fees will not be refunded.

- Paid fees will not be refunded due to subscription cancellation
